Pastel painting is one of my favourite media to work with as the selection of brilliant colours and fine Canson Pastel Paper make an otherwise very tedius drawing technique an enjoyable and interesting experience. Blending these chalk pastels with layer upon layer of colour helps to breathe life and depth into the painting, with minimal tools, mixing or drying agents.
